Recently, the reporter learned ​from Haiyan Wuyuan Sub-district (Urban Investment Group) that the main structure of ‌Haicheng Cultural Plaza, ⁤located on the north ⁢side of Huancheng South Road in the county seat, has been completed ⁣and the ​interior decoration is in progress.

This modern public facility will ⁤have three ‍functions: learning, sports, and leisure, providing high-quality entertainment and fitness⁣ services for Haiyan ⁤citizens.

A Modern Architecture with Simple Style

Recently, the reporter visited the construction site of‌ Haicheng Cultural Plaza and saw that the entire project⁣ had clear outlines, ‍tall and transparent facades, and revealed the simple style​ of modern architecture everywhere.

Facilities and Features

In the basement ‌of the main building, workers‌ are working on the ceiling, ⁣and⁣ next​ they will‍ level the‍ ground. ‍This⁢ will be the first underground gateball court ‌in Haiyan, with an area​ of ⁤​​about 1,600 square meters, ⁤and equipped ⁤with air conditioning, a lounge, etc.

The ⁤main building includes multiple functional classrooms, ‌including music and instrumental classrooms, calligraphy and painting⁣ classrooms, a multi-functional ​audio-visual⁣ experience hall, a daycare room, a cooking⁣ classroom, etc.

The ⁤podium mainly includes badminton rooms, air‌ volleyball rooms and other activity venues.

Project Details

The ⁣project is ‌located⁤ on⁢ the north side of Huancheng ​South Road, Wuyuan Street, on the south side of Henan East Road, ⁤and on​ the east side of resettlement housing on the north side ⁤of Haiyan High School.

It covers an area of ​​about 30⁢ acres, with a total construction area of ​​over 42,000 square meters and a total investment ⁣of⁤ 297 million yuan.

It is scheduled to be completed in April 2025.
