Korea Hotel and Tourism Vocational School Announces Admissions for 2025
Korea Hotel and Tourism Vocational School (Hanhojeon) has announced that it is now accepting applications for the 2025 school year. The school is offering admissions to its 4-year Hotel and Culinary Arts Department, 2-year Hotel Culinary Arts Department, and Hotel Japanese Cuisine Department through an interview process conducted by admissions officers.
The school’s Hotel and Culinary Arts Department has been attracting many prospective students in recent years, with a high employment rate in top hotels, large food service companies, franchises, restaurants, and culinary research institutes. Hanhojeon does not consider academic records or transcripts, allowing students to apply regardless of their academic background. New students are selected through interviews conducted by admissions officers.
According to an official from Hanhojeon’s Hotel and Restaurant Cooking Department, “We have accumulated expertise in curriculum, employment, and specifications as a culinary school for a long time. We are nurturing talented individuals who will lead the culinary industry.” The official also highlighted that the school’s Hotel and Restaurant Cooking Department, Hotel Cooking Department, and Hotel Japanese Cuisine Department provide on-site hotel training, setting them apart from other universities, technical colleges, and vocational schools.
A human resources manager at a large company’s restaurant division praised Hanhojeon, saying, ”We are a school that prioritizes hiring every year. We hire students at the job fair every year and show them their work skills at various affiliates and subsidiaries.”
