A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Punjab Higher Education Commission and private universities, marking a significant milestone in the implementation of this initiative.
This 7-year plan boasts a total budget of 131 billion rupees, with a 10% annual increase, ensuring that 30,000 students from Punjab will benefit from this opportunity.
