A student nominated in the coordination process within a private or intermediate higher institute is allowed to apply for transfer to another institute in the same specialization or another non-affiliated specialization, provided that the student meets the declared minimum level. The institution to which he wishes to transfer, in the light of the prescribed percentage and absorptive capacity, and with priority over the total.
