Job Description
The successful candidate will be in charge of teaching tennis and table tennis in the “Health and Physical Fitness Science I and II” course starting in the 2025 academic year.
Term of Office
One year from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (contract renewed each fiscal year)
Working Style
Regular lectures in the first and second semesters: 1 day a week, 2 classes (Friday, 2nd and 3rd periods (10:40-14:40))
Eligibility Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in a field related to the subjects they will be teaching, or equivalent abilities
- Experience in teaching health and physical fitness science
- Passion for liberal arts education and student guidance
Starting Date
April 1, Reiwa 7
Remuneration and Benefits
- Salary: 10,600 yen or 12,000 yen per class plus commuting expenses. No end-of-term bonus, diligence bonus, retirement bonus or other allowances will be provided.
- Other benefits will be determined in accordance with the “Shiga Prefectural University Part-time Employee Work Regulations” and other regulations.
