Guangdong Provincial Food and Drug Administration Holds Meeting to Study and Implement the Spirit ‍of the Third Plenary Session of the⁤ 20th​ CPC Central Committee

The‍ Guangdong Provincial Food and Drug Administration held a meeting to study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, with a special lecture ⁣delivered‍ by Guan Feng, ⁣member of the propaganda group of the provincial party committee and dean of the School of Marxism ⁢of South China Normal University.

The conference report examined the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Party Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping from three‍ aspects: the important status and main⁣ content of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Party Central Committee, and how to fully implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the ⁤20th Party Central Committee. The secretary gave an in-depth interpretation of ⁤a series of new ideas, new perspectives and ⁢new judgments ​on the comprehensive deepening of reform.

The meeting emphasized that ⁣studying​ and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of‍ the 20th Party Central Committee ​is an‍ important​ political task for the present and the future. Party organizations​ at all levels should conduct in-depth study, ‌publicize and implement the spirit of the plenary session in accordance with the deployment requirements of the provincial party committee, adhere​ to the original learning, continue in-depth study and combine practical learning, and ⁢effectively transform the spirit of the Plenary Session into a ⁢powerful force to guide practice​ and promote work.

Ensuring Safety

Improve the drug safety responsibility ⁢system,‌ strengthen the implementation of drug safety management⁢ responsibilities by all parties, improve the quality and efficiency of drug safety prevention and control, increase law enforcement ⁢and case‌ management, strengthen product life cycle‍ supervision,⁢ and build solid‌ drug safety profits⁢ in all aspects.

Promoting Development

Increase support for the research and development of innovative drugs and medical devices, promote the inheritance and innovative development ​of traditional Chinese medicine, actively cultivate new pharmaceutical productivity, improve the quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical industry development, and accelerate the agglomeration⁤ of the province’s biopharmaceutical industry.

Strengthening Party‍ Building

Insist on using the ‌spirit of reform‌ and strict standards to govern the party, consolidate and deepen the results of party discipline learning and education, persist in putting the party’s political construction first, persist in strengthening a good work style, curb discipline​ and anti-corruption, and persist in promoting the implementation of comprehensive and rigorous party governance.
