Tokyo International Law Office (“TKI”) has established TKI (Singapore) LLP as a foreign law practice in Singapore, with the aim of establishing the company by the end of January 2025. We are opening our Singapore office, our first overseas office.

To commemorate the opening of our Singapore office, we will be holding an online seminar by founding members Hiroki Yamada and Foreign Law Attorney Earl Rivera Dolera.

Attorney Hiroki Yamada has utilized his excellent English skills to provide strategic advice in cross-border legal fields (M&A, dispute resolution, competition law, fraud investigations, projects, startups, etc.) for many years. . Recent M&A projects in the Asian region include a large-scale acquisition in Singapore by a major pharmaceutical manufacturer jointly with a general trading company, investment projects in India and Singapore by a major healthcare service company, and an acquisition of an Indonesian financial institution by a major financial institution. I worked on reorganization, etc. We also provide resolution services (litigation, arbitration, mediation, etc.) for numerous cross-border disputes.

Earl Rivera Dolera Foreign Law Attorneys specialize in dispute resolution (arbitration, litigation, mediation) and fraud investigations.
