Unlocking Better Healthcare: How AMU School is Revolutionizing Access to Medical Facilities
Universal Health Insurance for Students in Togo
Togo’s government has launched a new initiative to promote national unity among students. The School AMU project, initiated by President Faure Gnasisngbé, aims to provide basic health coverage to students in public institutions as part of the country’s progressive construction of universal health insurance (AMU).
The School’s AMU has been established to ensure quality essential health care for students. Beneficiaries receive free care in the event of illness, based on a pre-defined care basket.
Many people have been wondering which health centers and pharmacies cater to School AMU beneficiaries. The answer is public health centers and their in-house pharmacies, which provide care to students who benefit from the School’s AMU.
