Infantino: I firmly believe that China has countless football talents and FIFA will do everything to help Chinese football
On the afternoon of October 30, FIFA President Infantino came to China to attend the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup Global Official Partner Conference and completed a contract with Hisense Group Chairman Jia Shaoqian. Hisense became the first official sponsor of the newly upgraded event. This is the third time Hisense has joined hands with FIFA in seven years, following its cooperation with the 2018 World Cup in Russia and the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Infantino said he was very happy to welcome Hisense as the official partner of the 2025 Club World Cup. Watching the Club World Cup on Hisense TV can provide you with an excellent experience. He mentioned that Hisense’s unremitting pursuit of innovation and technology coincides with the vision of the Club World Cup. The latest developed technology allows viewers to feel the same shock and impact as watching the game live even at home.

In a media interview after the meeting, Infantino expressed the hope that more Chinese companies can become sponsors of the FIFA Club World Cup in the future, not only because the two sides have had many successful cooperation cases in the past, but also because today’s Chinese companies are not only regional global company. He also expressed his expectation that Chinese professional football clubs will have the opportunity to participate in the Club World Cup and that China will be able to host a Club World Cup in the future.
During this visit to China, in addition to supporting domestic brands, Infantino will also meet with relevant leaders of the Chinese Football Association to discuss cooperation issues. He said he looked forward to strengthening the partnership between FIFA and China at different levels, and would discuss how to support China’s football school construction and youth talent development plans and other projects.
Infantino also expressed hope for Chinese football. He believes that Chinese football has a long history and many successful experiences, and everyone loves football. FIFA can send youth training coaches, referee experts, and produce professional tutorials to help Chinese football obtain the correct development structure and organizational method. When everything is on track, Chinese football will reach its due heights. Infantino: I firmly believe that there are countless football talents in China and FIFA will do everything to help Chinese football!
