Introduction

The evaluation sheets are prepared for each project, and the‌ evaluation is based on the project ⁤summary. The evaluation sheets‍ are created by the project budget officer, and​ the evaluation process ⁤involves assessing the necessity, effectiveness, economy, and ​efficiency of each project.

B. Publication of Evaluation Results

The evaluation results are published on our website, and‌ a summary ​of the ⁣results is‍ reported to the⁢ assembly. We also take into consideration the opinions ⁢and requests of the townspeople through public announcements and reflect them in future business plans.

Status of Holding Meetings of the Board of Education
