Scholarship Evaluation for 2023-2024 Academic Year

Dear​ students,⁣ the scholarship evaluation ‍for⁣ the 2023-2024 academic ⁤year is about⁤ to ​begin. We ⁢need ‍to count ⁤the number of contest awards, published papers, and social volunteer services for the 2023-2024 academic year. Students are required to actively cooperate and operate conscientiously.

Precautions

Please note the following:

• In addition to‍ the​ National Encouragement Scholarship and Social Activities Scholarship, other‌ awards are considered as applications by​ all undergraduates.
• The​ evaluation components of the scholarship include ​original GPA,‍ competition ‌awards, published papers, extra points for class teacher, teaching evaluation, voluntary blood donation, social work, ⁣and ⁤social volunteer service.
• Competition awards, ⁤published papers, and social ‌volunteer‌ services are filled out by students themselves and then reviewed by the administrator.
• Students who have won certificates‍ for competitions, paper publications, and ‍social volunteer​ services can apply for additional ⁣points for undergraduate ‍scholarships at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University between September 1, 2023 and August 31, ⁤2024.

Online Application

Students need to ‍fill ⁢in the information online and upload the supporting documents. The time for filling in‌ the online ⁢system is September 2, 2024 – September 6, 2024 17:00.⁤ Please pay attention to the​ time nodes and upload the materials on⁢ time. If you fail to ‍fill in​ the form‌ within ‌the deadline, it will be deemed that you ‍have automatically given up the extra points for winning a competition, publishing a paper, or⁣ serving ​as a volunteer, and the application system will be automatically closed.

Important Reminders

Please keep your mobile phone open⁣ during the scholarship ‍evaluation period, and​ pay ​close⁤ attention ​to ‌the notice board⁢ outside B219 of‍ the College⁤ Student Affairs ⁣Office ‍and the official website ⁢of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning to avoid missing the application.
