Teacher Science Series: “Chemistry for the Teaching Profession”
Edited by Sumiaki Nakano, Noriyuki Matsuura, and Yasushi Satake, this textbook is scheduled for release in May 2025. It is designed to efficiently cover the basics of chemistry, making it easy to understand for students who have not taken chemistry or who have taken it but did not fully understand it.

This series is unique in that it includes educational advice in the side notes for when you stand in front of a classroom, as well as specialized digressions and columns. Several students have been involved in the creation of this series as editorial collaborators, including Haruka Imagami from the Faculty of Education at our university, who has also been active in providing illustrations.
