Established in November 2022, the Zhongwang Foundation has been at the center of controversy, particularly after media personality Yao Huizhen revealed its financial flow. The foundation’s connection to Muke Public Relations has raised eyebrows, with many questioning the timing and intentions behind their establishment.
Taipei City Councilor Jian Shupei pointed out that the Zhongwang Foundation, Muke Public Relations, and the New Taiwan Think Tank were all established in the same year, raising suspicions about their connections. Ke Wenzhe, a key figure in the controversy, has been accused of having ties to these organizations.
Li Wenzong, chairman of the Zhongwang Foundation, has been criticized for his role in the organization, particularly given his close relationship with his sister, Li Wenjuan, who is in charge of public relations at Muke. The foundation’s fundraising efforts have also been questioned, with some accusing them of being overly aggressive in their pursuit of donations.

Political commentator Yu Liangliang has accused Ke Wenzhe of using the Zhongwang Foundation and Muke Public Relations as his “little treasures,” suggesting that they are being used for his own personal gain. The controversy surrounding these organizations has sparked a heated debate, with many calling for greater transparency and accountability.
