Apple Updates Developer Program License Agreement Terms

Apple has revised its Apple Developer Program License Agreement, including Schedules 1, 2, and 3. The update incorporates new policies,upcoming features,and clarifications for developers. Developers are urged to review and accept the updated terms via their accounts.
Several key areas within the agreement have been modified. These include specific requirements for using App Intents (Section 3.3.3(J)), Sign in With Apple (Section 3.3.5(C)), and the Critical Messaging API (Section 3.3.8(G)). The Apple Pay apis definition has also been updated (Sections 3.3.9(C)), along with clarifications for the In-App Purchase API (Attachment 2).
The role of Apple Services Pte. Ltd. expands to manage marketing and end-user downloads of licensed applications in bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Korea, Laos, Macau, Maldives, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Palau, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Tonga, and Vanuatu.
For developers in Nepal and Kazakhstan, Apple will no longer collect and remit taxes. these developers are now solely responsible for tax collection and remittance as required by local laws.
Korean VAT will be applied to commissions payable by Korean developers to Apple, deducted from remittances for sales to Korean customers. similarly, Singaporean GST will apply to commissions for Singaporean developers registered for GST, deducted from remittances for sales to Singaporean customers.
