On February‌ 7, 2024, a‍ UPS cargo plane, a McDonnell Douglas MD-11, crashed at Louisville muhammad Ali International Airport in Kentucky. The crash resulted in ⁢at least 12 fatalities,according to initial reports.

Preliminary investigations are focusing on a ‌repeating “bell”‍ sound heard during the plane’s takeoff, as reported by newsnation. The National‌ Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) ​is leading the ⁣inquiry.
