The U.S. Air Force is shopping for a comprehensive training package to support its incoming E-7 Wedgetail fleet. An August 19 Request for Information kicks off the procurement effort, targeting a full training system complete with a flight simulator, two maintenance trainers, and a dedicated support center.
The hardware will prepare aircrews and ground personnel for the advanced airborne early warning and control aircraft.
