Prior to april, access to details gathered by Space Delta 9, the U.S. unit specializing in orbital operations, was largely restricted to American personnel with top-secret clearance, the report stated.

“We have to be prepared to fight that fight that nobody wants to have,” said Col. Ramsey Horn, commander of Space Delta 9.
