USF’s Georgia Brown Earns USC Scholar All-America Honors

KANSAS ⁤CITY,‍ Mo.​ (December 19, 2024) – ⁢University of South Florida women’s soccer star​ Georgia Brown has ​been named to the ⁣United Soccer Coaches (USC) Scholar all-America second Team, the organization announced thursday.

This marks⁣ Brown’s⁤ frist USC Scholar‍ All-America honor, capping‌ off a stellar ⁣season for‍ the talented midfielder. Earlier‍ this ‌year,‌ she was recognized‍ as a USC‌ All-South Region First Team selection and earned a spot on the All-American Athletic Conference ‌(AAC)​ First‌ Team. brown ‍also excelled academically, receiving both CSC Academic All-America and CSC Academic All-District ⁢honors.

On the ‌field, Brown​ contributed significantly⁣ to the Bulls’ success, finishing the season with 10 points, including four goals and two⁤ assists. She delivered standout performances throughout the year, notably scoring a brace in USF’s victory⁣ against Jacksonville and netting ‌a last-minute goal against Kansas to secure a crucial draw.
