Currently, UT Southwestern is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant II for its Office of Engagement & Excellence within the Surgery department. This position, posted on February 6, 2026, requires four years of related work experience and a high school diploma, though higher education may be considered in lieu of experience. The role involves providing moderately complex administrative support, preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating departmental activities.
The responsibilities of the Sr. Administrative Assistant II include preparing and maintaining records, composing documents, scheduling meetings and travel, and acting as a liaison with other departments.
