Valve has announced the Steam Deck OLED: White Edition, a new limited-edition version of their handheld PC. Here are the key details:

Release Date

The Steam Deck OLED: White Edition will be available on November 18, 2024.

Availability

Unlike the previous limited edition, this white version will be shipped to all regions where the Steam Deck is already available.

Supply

Only a limited number of units will be available, and once they are sold out, they will not be restocked. Each account can purchase only one unit, and the account must have made a Steam purchase before November 2024 and be in good standing.

Specifications

The Steam Deck OLED: White Edition has the same specifications as the standard Steam Deck OLED 1TB model. It includes a white carrying case and a white microfiber cleaning cloth.

Price

The device is priced at £599 or $679.

Background

This release is Valve’s second experiment with alternative colorways, following last year’s smoky translucent limited edition. The response to this new color will help inform future decisions on new color variants.
