Veeva Systems Launches New AI Features for Vault CRM

Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud software for life sciences, has introduced two new AI features for Vault CRM: CRM Bot and Voice Control. These tools enhance user productivity and were revealed at the Veeva Commercial Summit Europe.

CRM Bot

The CRM Bot integrates a large language model into Vault CRM. It helps users with pre-call planning, suggested actions, recommended content, and ongoing learning. CRM Bot will be available in late 2025 and is included at no extra cost, requiring the Vault Direct Data API.

Voice Control

The AI-powered Voice Control allows users to operate Vault CRM using voice commands. It leverages Apple Intelligence for hands-free functionality. This feature will also launch in late 2025 and comes at no additional charge, needing compatible Apple devices.
