Russia and Venezuela Strengthen Cooperation Agreements
Dmitry Chernyshenko, Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister for Tourism, Sports, Culture and Communication, arrived in Venezuela to evaluate and strengthen cooperation agreements between the two countries.
Chernyshenko was welcomed at Maiquetía International Airport by Russia’s ambassador to Venezuela, Sergei Mélik, and the Caribbean nation’s foreign minister, Yván Gil.
The visit aims to hold the eighteenth meeting of the High Level Intergovernmental Commission, further solidifying the partnership between Russia and Venezuela.
