Edie Perkins finished the race with a time of 1 hour, 40 minutes and 19 seconds, securing first place in the handcycle event.
Perkins previously won the women’s handcycle division at the Vermont City Marathon in May 2025 and had finished as runner-up in the same event at the Boston Marathon the previous year.
Another Vermonter, Devann Murphy of Keeseville, New York, placed second in the women’s handcycle race, while Erik Corbett of Conway, New Hampshire, finished fourth in the men’s division.
