Applications for the largest offers of housing units ready for immediate delivery will begin tomorrow, Sunday, October 27, 2024, which includes 6,575 housing units in 15 new cities through the Maskan website, to extend the directives of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. The new city offers different types of housing units.
2024 residential units for immediate delivery
The Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini announced that tomorrow, Sunday, applications will begin to reserve housing units for immediate distribution, as it was decided to make 5% (330 units) available to citizens with disabilities in 15 new cities. Among the total units, which include:

- New Alamin
- New Mansura
- 19 October
- New October
- October garden
- full moon
- transit
- sunrise
- 10th of Ramadan
- Sadat
- New Minia
- West of New Kenner
- Nasser’s “West Assault”
- New Damietta

The Housing Minister explained that the conditions for applying for the units, reservation procedure, location, area, price, payment method and specification sheet will be available on the “Housing – Unit Axis” website at the link. www.reserve.newcities.gov.eg From tomorrow, Sunday, 10/27/2024 to Thursday, 12/26/2024, the date of manual public lottery among the applicants will be announced at a later date after the closing of the reservation door on the website.

Regarding the reservation of housing units for immediate distribution through the Maskan website, Dr. Hassan Al-Shorbazi, Vice President of the New Urban Community Authority for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, said: Applicants for reservations, who are natural citizens or citizens with disabilities in a state or their relatives, register on the website. “Maskan – Single” (www.reserve.newcities.gov.e Basic data is entered (name – national number – e-mail – phone number – address – integrated service card number for “people of determination”), and a copy of national identity card and integrated service card for “people of determination” is attached.

The authority’s deputy chairman for the real estate and commercial affairs sector added: The applicant enters the city he wants to reserve, selects the project, selects the floor (Ground – Recurring – Final), then pays the serious amount of the reservation using the reference number. and study expenses which are withdrawn from the site in the following ways (Master Card – Cash payment through Fourie Plus – Bank transfer through Housing and Development Bank (and payment document attached on the website).
With the end of the application period for reserving residential units for immediate delivery, the submitted reservation requests are reviewed, the number of applicants who have met the conditions and paid for the importance of reservation is counted and they are notified of the date. And the place of lottery among the applicants, provided that the lottery procedures start with the determined persons first and then the lottery process is completed for the rest of the reserved citizens.

- 22 “Dar Misr” units with (100 m2: 150 m2) area
- 435 “Misor Housing” units with area (106 m2: 118 m2) in October Gardens City
- Offering 300 “Missor Housing” units with area (106 m2: 115 m2) in New October City.
The housing offer also includes residential units for immediate delivery:
- 1,500 units of “Sixth District Building” in Badar City, with an area of 90 square meters per unit
- 456 “Obour Kindergarten” units with area (101 m2: 111 m2) in Obour City.
