Eagles Chief Operating Officer Frank Gumienny said the organization is “thrilled” to host the game, emphasizing the chance to showcase the Delaware State and Norfolk State football programs.
Jackson sees this coaching opportunity as a “new phase” in his career. He noted the importance of playing at Lincoln Financial Field, a place both he and Vick once called home, and what it means for HBCU culture.
