San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama has entered the NBA’s concussion protocol after exiting Game 2 of their first-round playoff series against the Portland Trail Blazers with a head injury.
With 8:57 remaining in the second quarter, Wembanyama took a hard fall to the floor after being fouled by Jrue Holiday during a drive and spin move in the paint. His face hit the court at high velocity, leaving him dazed and confused on the floor before he was helped to his feet and escorted to the locker room.
