SEOUL, South Korea (Yonhap) — The Small and Medium Venture Business Corporation announced Thursday a business agreement with Korea-Venture Technology (ICT) University (VKU) in Da Nang, Vietnam, aimed at bolstering the software development talent pool for Korean startups.
The agreement,signed April 10,2025,is a direct result of a startup ecosystem development initiative launched in July of the previous year by the corporation and the Ministry of Science and Technology.the primary goal is to connect korean startups with skilled software (SW) developers graduating from Vietnamese universities.
Cooperation Focuses on Skills and job Placement
Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on several fronts:
