Vijay’s Blockbuster Streak Continues: Capra Adipatari Set to Smash 250 Crore Mark at Indian Box Office
Vijay’s Film Goat: A Mixed Bag at the Indian Box Office
Seventeen days after its release, the Indian box office is experiencing a slump following the release of Goat, starring Vijay. Despite crossing the 100 crore club in just three days and later entering the 200 crore club, the film’s collection has seen a significant dip.
On its 17th day, the film collected a mere 4 crores from the country, bringing its total collection at the Indian box office to 238.45 crores. This is considered disappointing, as the film has failed to reach the 250 crore club even after an extended period.
However, the film has performed exceptionally well globally, earning over 400 crores in just 13 days. This achievement marks the second time Vijay has entered the 400 crore club, with Leo being the previous film to accomplish this feat.
The movie features Gotil Sneha and Meenakshi Choudhary in double roles alongside Vijay, with a supporting cast including Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Jayaram, Mohan, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Laila, Vaibhav, and Premji Amaran. The film is produced by AGS Entertainment Pvt, with music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
