Allegations of Repeated Assaults Surface

Television personality Vincent Cerutti is currently under formal investigation following accusations of assault, including claims of biting a colleague. on October 20,2023,he was placed under investigation for allegedly biting a female collaborator on the buttocks twice in front of witnesses, with photographic evidence of resulting hematomas presented to investigators.

The accusations extend beyond this single incident. Testimony gathered during the investigation suggests a pattern of aggressive behavior. One witness stated that Cerutti reportedly bit approximately 90% of his team members, characterizing him as exhibiting immature behavior and a propensity for excessive alcohol consumption.

Previous Colleague Also Reportedly a Victim

Further investigation revealed that Laurie Cholewa, a presenter with whom Cerutti previously co-hosted a morning show on Canal+, was also allegedly subjected to biting. This suggests the alleged behavior wasn’t isolated to a single individual or incident.

Legal Status and Ongoing investigation

As of December 9,2025,the investigation remains ongoing. Cerutti has been placed under formal investigation – a step in the french legal system equivalent to being indicted – while authorities continue to gather evidence and hear testimony. The case is being closely watched as it raises concerns about workplace conduct and accountability within the French media industry.
