Virgoun Questioned Over Inara Rusli Case and CCTV Leak

Virgoun, the vocalist of the band Last Child, was questioned by the Indonesian National Police’s Criminal Investigation Agency on April 2, 2026. The inquiry is related to a report filed by his ex-wife, Inara Rusli, regarding alleged illegal access to CCTV footage from her residence.

The musician was accompanied by his attorney, Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno, during the session, which lasted five hours. Reports indicate that Virgoun was asked approximately 80 questions as part of the investigation into the distribution and access of the recordings.

Legal Status and Witness Testimony

Following the questioning on April 2, 2026, attorney Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno clarified the musician’s position in the case. He stated that the report has no direct connection to Virgoun and that the singer appeared at the agency solely to fulfill a summons as a witness.

The case originates from a series of legal disputes that began in November 2025. During that time, Wardatina Mawa, the wife of businessman Insanul Fahmi, filed a report with Polda Metro Jaya against Inara Rusli and Insanul Fahmi over allegations of adultery.

As the legal battle progressed, Inara Rusli raised concerns regarding a breach of privacy. On January 5, 2026, she alleged that CCTV footage from her home had been doctored and illegally distributed.

Personal Impact and Family Concerns

Beyond the legal proceedings, Virgoun has spoken out about the emotional toll of the situation. He expressed distress over the fact that his old sins are being brought up again in the public eye.
