Experience the Flavors of Mexico with Don Julio 1942 and Salazar Restaurant
The menu dishes reflect the Mexican spirit and contemporary culinary art. One of the drinks that provides a delicious pairing for dinner is the Clarified Margarita.
Mexico City, September 13 – National holiday celebrations motivate and inspire chefs to create delicious traditional dishes with a contemporary touch. Don Julio 1942 tequila and Salazar’s famous restaurant have come together in an unforgettable culinary experience that will celebrate the best of Mexico: its gastronomy and its tequila.
The view from Salazar is a spectacular setting that goes very well with the menu created by chefs Allan Yáñez and Daniel Nates, who try to draw attention to Mexican flavors from different parts of the country. Every dish on the menu was designed to complement Don Julio 1942, a symbol of excellence and tradition that has been around for over 24 months to offer sublime notes of caramel and vanilla.
One of the drinks that provides a delicious pairing for dinner is the Clarified Margarita, which is prepared with Don Julio 1942, specially designed for this menu.
The menu includes three flavors: Veracruz-style ceviche tostadas, green seafood pozole and shrimp shake; as the main dishes are Octopus Chancla Poblana and Augustinian Enchiladas; to finish with aged French bread.
Salazar takes care of every detail so that the diner enjoys every moment of their dinner. This experience to celebrate Mexican independence and the excellence of tequila will be available only on September 15 at the Salazar restaurant.
