Vivo Smartphone Price Update 2026: Best Budget and 5G Models

Vivo has implemented a series of pricing updates and product refreshes for its smartphone lineup in May 2026, targeting multiple market segments from entry-level budget devices to high-performance flagships.

According to reporting from Pemmzchannel, updated pricing for Vivo and iQOO devices was established as of May 10, 2026. These updates include affordable options starting from 1 million Rupiah.

Suara.com also noted that entry-level Vivo handsets in May 2026 feature specifications suitable for basic use with prices beginning at the 1 million Rupiah mark.

Beyond the budget segment, Vivo has introduced hardware advancements in its 2026 model year. Disway Malang reports that among the latest Vivo devices, some models now feature 7,000 mAh batteries and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor.

The company is also expanding its mid-range 5G offerings. Radar Tulungagung identified seven top Vivo 5G smartphones for 2026 that utilize a hardware configuration of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

These 5G-capable devices are priced starting from 2 million Rupiah, with higher-end configurations available for users requiring premium camera systems or gaming-specific specifications.

These May updates follow a broader pricing strategy implemented earlier in the second quarter. Koran Manado reported that Vivo adjusted the pricing for its Y series and V series smartphones in April 2026.

The Y series typically serves the budget and entry-level market, while the V series is positioned as a mid-to-high-range option focusing on design and photography.

The current 2026 product strategy demonstrates a tiered approach to the Indonesian market, maintaining a presence in the ultra-budget segment while integrating next-generation chipsets and high-capacity power cells in its premium tiers.
