Vogošća Decides: Mayoral Candidates Face Off in Heated Debate

As part of the program dedicated to the Local Elections 2024, Television Sarajevo realized a debate show where candidates for the mayor of Vogošća Municipality presented themselves.

Migdad Hasanović, the SDA candidate, was a guest in the TVSA studio, while Fuad Abaspahić, the Troika coalition candidate, did not respond to our call.

Mr Hasanović, to start with a brief review of the fact that your opponent did not respond to the invitation to the debate?

“First of all, by accepting the candidacy to be on the list, to represent the citizens, it is our obligation and duty to be on every debate show, to introduce the citizens to the work program we are presenting and what we will do for it. the next four years. I consider it irresponsible not to accept and refuse such invitations“, Hasanović said at the very beginning.

“In our published programme, we have covered the smallest details. It is based on all the real needs of the citizens that we found, and we saw that they should be implemented on the ground and we proposed a vision of development. It is a policy of continuity that we in the municipality of Vogošća are doing. We admit the mistakes we’ve made, but we’re working on correcting them. We are actively working on the ground, talking to the citizens, introducing them to all the details, when we start with the part of the community infrastructure that is interesting for the citizens of Vogošća municipality, and then about the all cultural sports, and all the activities that we, as a public administration body, will carry out with me as head in the next mandateHasanović said.
