《Application requirements》

[Picnic stage]

☆Dance and other performances will be held on the rooftop plaza.

(dance, street performance, recitation, etc.)

Stages lasting about 30 minutes each during the day

[Twilat Concert]

☆Concert held on the illuminated garden terrace

(No matter the type of instrument or genre of music)

Evening stage for about 30 minutes each time

Rooftop stage

Individuals or groups living, working, or attending school in Wakayama City,

Individuals or groups with cultural and artistic activity bases in and around Wakayama City

(Professionals and amateurs alike)

Picnic stage: 1/11 (Sat), 11/12 (Sun)

Twilat Concert: 1/24 (Fri), 1/25 (Sat)

*Schedule after February will be posted on the website as soon as it is decided.

Applications start from November (Application deadline: one month before the desired event date)

＜Notes＞

・There is no piano rental.

・Rental equipment: Sound (microphone, CD equipment)

・MC will be performed by the performer himself/herself.

・Use of equipment whose loud volume interferes with the use of other facilities is prohibited.

(Example: Japanese drums, excessive use of PA, etc.)

・Inappropriate expressions such as dangerous acts and acts that cause inconvenience to customers are prohibited.

・There is no payment of fees, transportation expenses, etc.

・All expenses related to appearance will be borne by the individual.
