Wake Up to Success: Paramount Bed’s Groundbreaking Sleep Education Program for Junior High School Students

September 12, 2024 Catherine Williams - Chief Editor Business

Empowering⁣ Junior High School ⁤Students with Sleep Education

As part ⁤of‍ our ongoing efforts‍ to raise awareness ‍about the importance of sleep among the younger generation, we have developed digital learning‌ materials for junior⁢ high school students. These materials are designed to educate students‍ about the ‍significance of sleep and have⁢ been distributed free of charge ⁣to teachers nationwide ⁢for the past three years.

Our sleep education program has ⁢reached approximately 50,000 students over the⁤ past two years, and this year, we aim to distribute materials to an additional 20,000 students. Recently, we had the opportunity‍ to visit Koshigaya Municipal Ozagami Junior High School, where 241 first-year students participated in our sleep lesson.

Engaging Class Progress Scripts

Tsubasa Nagase, a health and physical education teacher at Koshigaya City Daisagami Junior High School, utilized our digital teaching material to teach a class ⁤about sleep. The material is designed to keep students ‌engaged, incorporating Q&A formats and interactive activities. Students‍ listened attentively‌ to the educational video “Good to know about ⁢sleep” and worked⁢ together to create ‌a‍ worksheet called “Make a sleep plan ‍for one‌ week.”

Mr. Nagase shared a ⁤personal anecdote, capturing the students’ attention and highlighting the importance of sleep. He explained how changing his pillow improved the quality of his sleep, ⁢demonstrating ⁢the impact of small changes on overall well-being.

Reforming Teachers’ Work Style

After the class,⁢ students ⁢expressed their eagerness ⁢to implement positive⁤ changes in their ‌sleep habits. They commented on the importance of⁤ good⁢ sleep and‍ their desire to try out new strategies. Professor Nagase praised the teaching ⁢materials, stating ‌that they were easy to understand and required minimal ⁢review time. He ⁣believes ⁣that these materials can contribute ‌to reforming teachers’ work styles ⁤and promoting a healthier approach to sleep education.

We will continue to produce and ‍distribute these educational materials, ⁤revising them annually to ensure they remain effective and engaging. Our goal is to empower junior high school⁢ students with the knowledge and skills necessary to prioritize sleep ⁣and maintain a healthy lifestyle. By doing so, we aim to promote our brand ⁣message ⁣”WELL-BEING for all beings” and contribute to a society ⁣that values the importance of sleep.
