Following Hurricane Hugo, damage to The Citadel’s Johnson Hagood Stadium forced portions of the Bulldogs’ schedule to be relocated to Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, South Carolina, where the Catamounts and The Citadel played to a 22-22 tie on Sunday, Oct. 8, 1989, according to Western Carolina University.
