Crystal McKinney Files Lawsuit Against Harvey Weinstein After Sean Combs ⁤Allegations

Crystal McKinney, already pursuing⁣ legal action against Sean Combs for alleged sexual​ assault, ‌has now filed a lawsuit against Harvey Weinstein. The lawsuit, filed May 30 in Manhattan Federal⁤ Court, accuses ‌Weinstein of raping McKinney and a friend in 2003.

McKinney,a former model,claims ‌a modeling executive arranged a meeting with weinstein ‍to discuss potential‍ film industry opportunities. She brought her roommate, also a model, to the meeting. According to the suit,‌ the meeting took place‍ at a nightclub before ⁤Weinstein⁤ invited them to his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton ⁢Battery Park‍ Hotel.

The lawsuit alleges that Weinstein provided them​ with alcohol ​before‌ sexually assaulting them.McKinney claims Weinstein forced the roommates to engage in sexual ‌acts⁤ with each other before raping‌ them. An attorney for Weinstein​ has ​not⁤ yet commented.

In a separate lawsuit filed in May 2024,McKinney accused Sean Combs of⁤ drugging ⁢and sexually assaulting her after a dinner⁢ during Men’s Fashion week ​in 2003. She alleges Combs behaved inappropriately ⁤and plied her with alcohol ​at ⁣Cipriani Downtown before inviting her to his recording studio.
