The spokesperson emphasized that U.S.diplomatic initiatives on this issue continued even after the change in administration.
Gaza Conflict Resolution Plan
The White House spokesperson also announced that the current administration has presented a plan to halt the conflict in the Gaza Strip, describing it as “acceptable.” They expressed optimism that Hamas would agree to the plan,potentially paving the way for “a more peaceful Middle East.”
According to the spokesperson, Trump and his team “tirelessly” developed this plan, which incorporates measures designed to de-escalate the situation and initiate a new political process in the region.
