Understanding the Double Restriction

Today, February 27, traffic restrictions are strictly enforced from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The restrictions apply to specific categories of vehicles to minimize highway congestion and improve air quality. The targeted vehicles include:

The units that do not carry verification hologram, such as old vehicles, demonstration or transfer, new, those that have tourist pass, foreign plates or with plates formed by letters, apply the same restriction as to vehicles that carry hologram 2.

Electric and hybrid vehicles
