Will ‘Boss Kan’ Smash Records? ‘Nawat’ Predicts 100 Million Revenue from THE iCON, But at What Cost
Nawat Analyzes Kan’s Income from THE iCON
Nawat Issararaisil, a well-known figure, has expressed his thoughts on Kan Kantathaworn’s income from THE iCON. Kan, also known as “Chief Kan,” has an income of 79.4 million from 4 years of work. Nawat believes that this number cannot be viewed only as a presenter’s income.
“The total figure is 80 million, I think it’s only a part. In my feelings, the numbers that emerge make it clear that it is not just a presenter. I didn’t understand this being a regular employee. But it came from calculating the income of the underlying people,” Nawat explained.
He further emphasized that the presenter’s salary is not the only source of income. ”There is no presenter anywhere with this price. There are no Thai stars with this price in this world, 70-80 million baht. Can you imagine it? Kan’s stuff is at this level. Even taller than Kan. And then there’s the owner. And how big will each strand of money be?”
Nawat also pointed out that the financial path is not 100% direct for artists, as it will go to the company, enter a partnership, and enter an agent. “I must say frankly that the tax system teaches you to bring money in many places. Wrong or not, it’s not wrong. If you intend to register a limited partnership, reduces the tax to 20%. You will not deposit more than 1.5 million to other people. The tax is very low. If you are, I’m not surprised by going strong this way, you have to achieve more.”
Nawat’s Thoughts on the Investigation
Nawat expressed his feelings of discouragement regarding the investigation. “I haven’t posted on THE iCON for the last 2-3 days because I felt discouraged. Cry out if you assume that money will conquer all. It’s Thailand. you have to accept it.”
He also mentioned that he had the opportunity to talk to Paul’s lawyer, Waratphon Waratvorakul, and felt a glimmer of hope. “After listening to the lawyer’s speech, Oh… there might be light at the end of the tunnel, who knows?”
Nawat emphasized that he seeks to bring fairness to the ignorant, deceived, and influenced people. “But if we assume that money will conquer everything. It’s Thailand. We have to accept it. What can I do now? I myself don’t know what to do. What needs to be changed? The structure would change, probably everything would have to be changed.”
The Investigation’s Progress
Nawat questioned the delay in releasing the names of the suspects in batch 2. “Actually, it should have come a long time ago. I don’t know the reason for the delay. Many reasons said that they wanted to complete the exam for 18 people so that they could submit it on time according to the number of days. No new charges were added.”
He also expressed his concern that the central focus of the investigation is starting to fall away. “Did you drop it to go somewhere, I don’t know. If suddenly someone confirmed that it wasn’t wrong. That’s part of the weight that’s going to take this story in a direction we didn’t expect. We have to respect it. Because people probably won’t be able to fight anyone. I should accept what happened.”
