Ireland faced a daunting task after the West ‍Indies amassed 256 for five, their second-highest T20 score. Evin Lewis and Shai‍ Hope opened with a 122-run partnership in just over⁤ 10 overs, putting IrelandS bowlers under pressure. Lewis dominated with 91 runs off 44 balls, including ⁣eight sixes and seven fours. Hope ⁣contributed 51 from 27 balls, while Keacy ⁤Carty⁤ added an unbeaten 49 from 22 ⁢deliveries.
