Sangeeta is an actress who was active in Tamil and Malayalam films in the 1990s. In Malayalam, the actress got to act with big stars like Mammootty, Suresh Gopi, Srinivasan, Jayaram and Mukesh.

‘Chintavisthaya Shyamala’ released in 1998 was one of Sangeetha’s most famous films. The film was written and directed by Srinivasan. Sangeeta received the Kerala State Award for Best Actress for her role as Shyamalaya in Chintavishthaya Shyamala.

Now Sangeeta is talking about the hype that Shyamala has given her. The actress says she has acted with Mammootty and Suresh Gopi, but Shyamala is the film closest to her. Sangeeta spoke in an interview with Movie World Media.

He acted with Mammooka and Sureshetan. But there is a hype given by the thought-provoking film Shyamala. Many people still call me brunette. I look back then. That’s how much the character and the film relate to me,” says Sangeeta.

The actress said in the interview that she didn’t create any of the characters she got. Sangeeta added that she was able to make great characters because she got the opportunity to work with good creators.

“I didn’t create any of the characters I have. I had the chance to work with good creators. That’s why I was able to play great roles. Those characters had a great impact.

Everyone who sees me looks and acts like a member of their family. People have given such love for so long. I wouldn’t call them fans. It is the people who love me,” Sangeeta said.
