The accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on Francisco Javier Mina Street.According to police reports,32-year-old Erick David S. C. was driving a 2004 Ford Expedition when he turned south onto Ignacio Alatorre Street, colliding with Rosario Patricia González Castillo.
González Castillo was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries but tragically succumbed to them.The driver was taken into custody by authorities.
