Cycle Exchange Partners With Tour of Britain races

cycle Exchange, a UK-based bike retailer, has become an official partner of the Tour of britain, encompassing both the men’s and women’s professional cycling stage races. The brand will have a visible presence at each stage of the tours and will introduce initiatives to boost fan engagement.
The Tour of Britain Women is scheduled to begin on June 5 and conclude on June 8. The men’s race will follow, running from September 2 to 7.
Darren Henry, British Cycling chief commercial officer, noted the appeal and growth of the race, stating, ”As we build up to the start of the lloyds Tour of Britain Women it is great news to be able to welcome Cycle Exchange as our latest official partners to the event.”
British Cycling has organized the Tour of Britain races since last year,after ending it’s licensing agreement with SweetSpot,a UK events company. This move aligns with the federation’s five-year plan for major cycling events across various disciplines.
Lloyds bank was named the title sponsor for the Tour of Britain events in May 2024, marking a meaningful long-term commercial partnership with British Cycling.
The BBC will broadcast the Tour of Britain Women domestically. The four-day event will be aired live on BBC iPlayer, the BBC Sport website, and app, with content also featured on BBC sport’s social media channels.The event will also be available on Discovery+ and TNT channels.
