WWE secured more than $10 million in financial incentives to host WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas for a second consecutive year, according to a report from POST Wrestling cited by multiple wrestling news outlets.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority provided WWE with a $6 million site fee for the event, an increase from the $5 million fee received for WrestleMania 41 held at Allegiant Stadium the previous year.
In addition to the site fee, the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development approved $4,314,821 in tax credits for WrestleMania 42, which is slightly higher than the $4,240,456 in credits approved for the prior year’s event.
