The Wigan Warriors continued thier dominant run in the Women’s Super League,securing a decisive 58-0 victory over the Huddersfield giants. The Warriors showcased their offensive prowess at Laund Hill, with Eva Hunter, Tiana Power, and Megan Williams each contributing two tries to the score.
Mary Cooper, Anna Davies, Kaitlin Hilton, and Grace Banks also added to Huddersfield’s woes, further cementing Wigan’s position at the top of the league standings after four games. The Challenge Cup winners started strong, with Coleman and Hunter scoring early, followed by additional tries from Hunter and two from Power before halftime.
Meanwhile, Leeds Rhinos delivered a historic performance, achieving the league’s largest-ever win by overwhelming Warrington Wolves 110-0 at Headingley. Ebony Stead led the charge with four tries.Leeds established a commanding 54-0 lead by halftime,with Stead,izzy Northrop,and Evie Cousins each scoring twice.
