WU ​LYF Releases New 11-Minute Song, “The Spike”

British band WU LYF continues its return after⁣ a 13-year⁣ hiatus‍ with the release of a new 11-minute song, ‍”The spike.”‍ The track, produced by Sonic‍ Boom, follows⁤ the band’s 2023 single, “A⁢ New Life Is Coming,” and a series of shows in ⁣London and Manchester.

Last year, WU LYF reunited for their first ‌performances in over a decade, according to Pitchfork.Thay also removed ‌their entire ⁣catalog ⁤from major ⁢streaming⁢ platforms,citing concerns about Spotify CEO Daniel Ek’s investments in artificial intelligence weaponry,as reported by Stereogum.
