Comfort acknowledged the volatility of the international situation. He stressed the importance of recognizing the urgency of sharing the Gospel during what he sees as perilous times. He also highlighted what he views as increasing “lawlessness” globally.
Referencing Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39, Comfort drew attention to prophecies concerning a future invasion of Israel by a coalition of nations, including Persia, which is modern-day Iran.He voiced concern over Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons, given its animosity toward Israel.
