World Wrestling Entertainment’s (WWE) ultimate goal in its partnership with Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) is ⁢to⁢ secure a television deal for the Mexican promotion in the ⁣united States,according to Konnan.The wrestling personality discussed WWE’s strategy on his K100 podcast, emphasizing the potential impact on the lucha ⁣libre landscape.

Konnan highlighted WWE President Nick ⁣Khan’s positive reaction to the “Worlds Collide” event.Khan reportedly told Konnan that the event “hit a grand slam.” This enthusiasm underscores WWE’s investment in AAA and its talent.

The collaboration ⁢is already yielding unexpected successes. A WWE t-shirt ‌featuring Mr. Iguana, who appeared on television only‍ once, has become a top-selling item. This demonstrates the potential for WWE to elevate AAA ⁢stars and ​generate revenue.
