Asuka Returns to WWE Raw, Enters Queen of the ring Tournament

Asuka made a surprise return to WWE Raw after a 13-month hiatus, promptly making an impact in the Queen of the Ring tournament. The Empress of Tomorrow joined Stephanie Vaquer,Ivy Nile,and Raquel Rodriguez in a fatal four-way match,marking her first appearance as May 2024.
The match kicked off with intense action as Nile targeted Vaquer,and Rodriguez whent after Asuka. Despite the initial chaos, asuka and Vaquer briefly teamed up to take down Rodriguez. The crowd welcomed Asuka back with supportive chants as she showcased her signature moves.
The Queen of the Ring tournament match featured a Tower of Doom spot, with Rodriguez holding Nile and Vaquer for Asuka’s missile dropkick. Asuka then pinned Rodriguez to secure the win, advancing to the next round.
Simultaneously occurring, the tension between IYO SKY and Liv Morgan continued to build. In the show’s opening segment, SKY and Morgan exchanged heated words, with SKY ultimately dropping the title and attacking Morgan. Later, Morgan sought out Rodriguez for support, but Rodriguez was deemed unfit to compete due to an earlier attack.
